Family-friendly and helpful staff
Last week I stayed with my daughter and a big group of friends. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff were super nice! They even changed our room for us after hearing I had back pain. The dining area was chill, and food was yummy. A bit dated, but honestly, it was kept well. Totally recommend!

Perfect for families looking for a peaceful retreat.
I gotta say, the staff were incredibly friendly, especially when they accommodated our needs for our toddler by providing warm water for his milk. Plus, the breakfast was fantastic, my kid loved it!
It wasn't cheap, but honestly, for the experience we had, it was still reasonable.

Bayside Fish & Chips is a must-try. their batter is crispy perfection! We also loved the welcoming vibe at The Steamer Inn—great pints and even better views of the beach! Can't forget the location of the hotel. it's a stone's throw from some fab eateries.
Alright, let’s keep it real. The external works at the hotel were a bit off-putting, and the breakfast area felt like a throwback to the '80s. And getting to our room was a climb, with no lift in sight!

Just a good match for a quick stopover in Shanklin with real value for money. The owners were accommodating enough to loan us plates for our takeaway dinner. Make sure to check the breakfast options early as they might run out.
